We refer to the above and confirm that Mr. M.A Mashego and Mrs. V.H.M Glass have become members of the Close Corporation, on the 1st of December 2004.

Mr. M.A Mashego is a working member and is in control of the workshop.

Mrs. V.H.M Glass is a working member in charge of the financial department.

Mr. P. J Slabbert is a working member and is the general manager.

Both Mr. M. A Mashego and Mrs. V.H.M Glass have been with the Company from when the Company started in September 1993.
